Frequently asked
How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?
Delivery is JD 2.5 in Amman and JD 3 to other governorates, and free on orders of JD 30 or more. Once we confirm your order, it usually arrives within 1 working day in Amman and within 1โ2 working days elsewhere, and the courier gets in touch before arriving.
Can I check the product before paying?
Absolutely. You pay on delivery and can inspect your order before paying the courier.
Are your products genuine and guaranteed?
Yes โ a 30-day guarantee covers dry pens, broken or missing pieces and printing errors in books. Your satisfaction comes first.
Are the markers alcohol-based? How many tips?
Our Touch marker boxes (24, 60, 120 colours) use alcohol inks and every pen has two tips: a broad chisel for filling and a fine bullet for detail.
Do the markers bleed through paper?
On regular school paper, yes โ alcohol ink can bleed. We recommend our A3 marker pad (120 gsm), made for markers.
What if a pen arrives dry?
No worries. Heat during shipping can evaporate a little alcohol, but the ink is still there โ a drop of rubbing alcohol revives it. If not, send us a photo and we'll replace it under the guarantee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is the default. You can also pay by CliQ transfer and our team will contact you to confirm it.
Do you have a shop or pickup?
We're an online store and deliver to your door in every governorate of Jordan.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before it's handed to the courier โ message us on Instagram or Messenger with your order number and we'll update it right away.
Acrylic vs alcohol markers โ what's the difference?
Alcohol markers are ideal for colouring and blending on paper. Acrylic markers are opaque and work on many surfaces like wood, stone, ceramic and canvas.
Do you offer wholesale prices for schools and centres?
Yes โ tell us the quantity and we'll quote you our best price.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment โ but tick โThis order is a giftโ at checkout and add your card message: we send it with no prices inside and take extra care.
