Who we are

Rasmetak is a trading brand of RASMETAK LTD (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17375941).

What we collect

• Order details: name, mobile, address, email (optional) and notes.
• Account details if you register: name and sign-in method. Passwords are stored hashed — nobody can read them.
• Minimal technical data to protect the site (such as a hashed fingerprint of your IP) — we don't store your IP itself.
• Your map location (optional): if you pin it yourself at checkout, we save that point with the order so the courier can find you, show it on OpenStreetMap maps and look up the area name from it. We never track your location otherwise.

Why

To prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, and protect the site against fraud. With your consent, to send you offers.

Who sees it

The Rasmetak team and our courier (name, number, address only). Card payments go straight to the payment provider (Stripe or PayTabs); we never receive your card details. We never sell your data.

Retention

Order records are kept for 12 months for support and guarantees, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time — we'll complete it within 30 days.

Cookies

Only essential cookies (sign-in, cart, security). No advertising trackers.
