30-day guarantee on defects
Every product is guaranteed for 30 days from delivery against:
- dry or non-writing pens
- broken or damaged pieces
- missing pieces from a set
- printing errors in books
Send us a photo or short video with your order number and we'll replace the affected item — most cases don't require a return.
Tip for a dry pen
Alcohol ink can partly evaporate with heat in transit, but the pigment is still there. A drop of rubbing alcohol inside usually revives it. If not, the guarantee covers it.
Inspect before you pay
With cash on delivery you can open and check your order before paying. If something is clearly wrong, refuse it and message us.
Change of mind
For a non-defect exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll find the best solution. Items must be unused in original condition; extra delivery costs are paid by the customer.
