How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?
Delivery is JD 2.5 in Amman and JD 3 to other governorates, and free on orders of JD 30 or more. Once we confirm your order, it usually arrives within 1 working day in Amman and within 1β2 working days elsewhere, and the courier gets in touch before arriving.
Can I check the product before paying?
Absolutely. You pay on delivery and can inspect your order before paying the courier.
Are your products genuine and guaranteed?
Yes β a 30-day guarantee covers dry pens, broken or missing pieces and printing errors in books. Your satisfaction comes first.
Are the markers alcohol-based? How many tips?
Our Touch marker boxes (24, 60, 120 colours) use alcohol inks and every pen has two tips: a broad chisel for filling and a fine bullet for detail.
Do the markers bleed through paper?
On regular school paper, yes β alcohol ink can bleed. We recommend our A3 marker pad (120 gsm), made for markers.
