Frequently asked questions
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment. Tick “This order is a gift” and add a card message, and we'll pack the order with no prices on the invoice.
Do you deliver the same day?
No. Once confirmed, an order usually arrives within 1 working day in Amman and 1–2 working days elsewhere, so order at least three days before the occasion.
Can I send the gift to someone else's address?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name, phone number and address and tick “This order is a gift”. If you don't want them to pay the courier, choose CliQ and our team will confirm the transfer with you before shipping.
Will the prices show inside the parcel?
No — a gift order is packed with no prices on the invoice.
What should I get a 10-year-old girl who loves drawing?
The Artist Starter Pack (JD 6) or the Touch 24-colour box (JD 4) with a Bobbie Goods-style book. The ink is alcohol-based and has a smell, so she should colour somewhere well ventilated with an adult around.
What's a good gift for an architecture student?
The Touch 120-colour box (JD 15) or the Pro Pack (JD 22), which adds an A3 marker pad and three fineliners.
Can a gift be exchanged if they don't like it?
For a non-defect exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery; the item must be unused and in its original condition, and the extra delivery cost is the customer's. Defects such as a dry pen or a missing piece are covered by our 30-day guarantee.
